1. About Us
WAAFF (www.waaff.com) is an online store operated by Purtreat Lab, a company registered in the Netherlands.

2. Our Products
We offer dog treats, chews, and related products.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, prices, and availability. Please read the product information and feeding or usage instructions before giving any product to your dog.
Always supervise your dog when using chews or chew toys and provide fresh drinking water.
3. Orders & Payments
All product prices are displayed in euros (€), including applicable VAT.
Any delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order.
You can pay using the payment methods available at checkout. Your order is confirmed by email after it has been placed.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for products we cannot supply.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders from the Netherlands to the destinations available at checkout.
Available delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed before payment.
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to a person you have designated, except where the law provides otherwise.

5. Returns & Refunds
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you normally have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
You must notify us within that period and return the products within 14 days after notifying us.
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping costs. You may be responsible for any reduction in product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
We refund the payments required by law, including the original standard delivery charge where applicable, within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or evidence that you have sent them back.
Please contact hello@waaff.com for return instructions and an RMA number. The RMA process does not limit your legal right to withdraw.

6. Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Products
If something is missing, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact hello@waaff.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will arrange an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund, at no additional cost where required by law.
All products are covered by applicable statutory consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights.
7. Questions & Complaints
If you have a question or complaint, please email hello@waaff.com, including your order number where relevant.
We will acknowledge your complaint and work with you to find a reasonable solution.
8. Privacy
We process personal information to manage orders, payments, deliveries, and customer support, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
If you live in another country, this does not take away any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law.
